Foundation Obedience Course: Start Strong, Build a Lasting Bond Whether you’ve just welcomed a new dog into your life or want to lay down solid basics, our Foundation Obedience Course is the perfect place to begin. This course focuses on building trust, boosting confidence, and teaching essential life skills that will set your dog up for long-term success—at home and beyond. Through 6 weeks of fun, interactive 1-hour sessions, you and your dog will grow as a team. Expect lots of encouragement, progress at your own pace, and a supportive environment where learning is rewarding for both ends of the lead. In the final week, you’ll take part in a test showcase session to celebrate and demonstrate everything you’ve learned. What we’ll cover: Loose lead walking (no more achey arms or tangled leads!) Position work (help your dog understand where they need to be and when) Calmness & relaxation (even in busy or exciting settings) Structured play (become your dog’s favourite play partner and use play as a powerful training tool) Reliable recall (because a dog that comes back = freedom and safety) Once you’ve completed Foundation, you’ll be ready to move on to Level 1, then advance through Level 2, Level 3, and even our elite Master Class—if you’re aiming high! Course fee includes VAT at the standard UK rate.
